日本国立癌症中心食管外科访学浅谈及启示

Discussion and inspiration about learning in Division of Esophageal Surgery of National Cancer Center Hospital in Japan

食管癌是全球发病率和病死率较高的恶性肿瘤,食管鳞状细胞癌占中国和日本食管癌发病率的90%以上。两国在食管鳞癌的外科治疗、综合治疗理念与实践方面存在异同,在诸如微创外科、综合治疗、临床研究等方面值得我们学习与借鉴。笔者有幸赴日本具有代表性的食管癌外科中心——国立癌症中心中央病院访学,与国内同时期赴国立癌症中心访学的同仁基于临床实践、学术会议和专家访谈等方面总结日本食管癌外科及综合治疗现状,以期为从事食管癌外科及综合治疗的同道们提供参考。

Esophageal cancer is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality in the world.Squamous cell carcinoma accounts for more than 90%of esophageal cancer incidence in China and Japan.The two countries have similarities and differences in the surgical treatment,comprehensive treatment concept and practice of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.It is worth learning from such aspects as minimally invasive surgery,comprehensive treatment,and clinical research.Dr.Leng was fortunate to visit the representative esophageal cancer surgery center in Japan—the National Cancer Center Central Hospital.The colleagues who visited the National Cancer Center simultaneously summarized the Japanese esophageal cancer surgery and the research based on clinical practice,academic conferences,and expert interviews.The current comprehensive treatment situation,hoping to reference colleagues engaged in esophageal cancer surgery and comprehensive treatment.
