输电塔T型组合角钢夹具型加固设计与仿真研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着既有架空输电线路的改造升级项目的需求日益趋增,研究服役期杆塔在负载条件下的无损加固技术是一项重要课题。针对既有架空输电杆塔提出了一种新型无损加固方案,即研发新型夹具将原角钢与补强角钢紧固连接形成T型组合截面构件。首先,基于力学原理及杆塔构件特性进行加固方案型式的优化设计;其次,采用有限元软件建立数值仿真模型,研究分析了构件加固后的受力和变形特征,并重点考察了角钢规格、长细比、加固比例、夹具数量对加固效果的定量影响。分析显示,该方案加固效果好,应用灵活,施工便利,可适用于输电线路格构式角钢塔的停电及非停电的多种维修和加固场景。 With the increasing demand for reconstruction and upgrading projects of existing overhead transmission lines,the study of non-destructive reinforcement technology of the pole tower under the load condition during service is an important subject.This paper proposes a new type of non-destructive reinforcement method for existing overhead power transmission pole towers,that is,a new type of fixture is developed to tightly connect the original angle steel and the reinforced angle steel to form a T-shaped compound section component.Firstly,optimal design of reinforcement scheme is made based on the mechanics principle and the characteristics of the transmission pole tower components.Secondly,the finite element software is used to establish a numerical simulation model to study and analyze the force and deformation characteristics of the component after reinforcement,with the investigation focus on the angle steel specification,slenderness ratio,reinforcement ratio,quantitative influence of fixture number on reinforcement effect.The analysis shows that the proposed scheme has good reinforcement effect,flexible application and convenient construction,and can be applied to various maintenance and reinforcement scenarios of lattice angle tower of transmission line in the outage and non-outage condition.
