摘要
在路面施工中,常常出现路面高程控制合格率低、厚度控制不均匀等质量通病,为了解决这些问题,溧高高速公路在路面摊铺中采用了3D控制技术,通过安装在摊铺机上的控制系统,对摊铺厚度、高程以及线形等参数实时调整,实现对路面高程、厚度的双重控制的预期效果。通过对溧高高速公路路面进行实体检测,发现使用3D技术后,路面平整度、高程和厚度合格率远远高于传统施工工艺,可在江苏省高速公路大范围推广应用。本文的创新点在于,通过对3D摊铺技术进行详细解读并通过与传统方式的对比,得出了可靠结论。
In pavement construction,common quality problems such as low pass rate of pavement elevation control and uneven thickness control often occur,in order to solve these problems,the 3D control technology is adopted in the pavement paving of Li-Gao expressway,through the control system installed on the paver,the parameters of paving thickness,elevation and alignment are adjusted in real time to realize the double of pavement elevation and thickness the expected effect of control.Through the physical inspection of the pavement of Li-Gao expressway,it is found that the pass rate of pavement flatness,elevation and thickness after using 3D technology is far higher than that of traditional construction technology,which can be widely applied in Jiangsu Province Expressway.In this paper,through the detailed interpretation of the traditional paving method,and through the comparison of the traditional paving method.
