摘要
临港科创城A0202地块裙房1采用了非直角双边大悬挑桁架结构体系,桁架安装过程中采用16个临时支撑,结构安装完成后依次卸载。介绍了裙房1悬挑结构卸载过程应力监测系统,基于实时监测数据,对比卸载过程模拟计算结果,分析了卸载过程应力状态,并对受力构件进行预警评估。结果表明,卸载过程受力状态与理论预测结果较吻合,监测系统能较好地用于指导现场施工,结构处于安全可控状态。
A non-right angle and bilateral large cantilever struss system is used for Podium 1 of A0202 block in Lingang Science and Technology Innovation City.16 temporary supports are used for assembly of the truss,and are removed in turn after assembling.Stress monitoring system of cantilever structure in Podium 1 is introduced in this paper.Based on the real-time monitored results,comparing with simulation calculation of unloading process,the stresses of unloading are analyzed.At the same time,assessment and early warning of the stressed components are carried out.The results show that the stress in unloading process is close to theoretical results,and the monitoring system can be used for guiding site construction,and the steel structure is in safe and controllable state.
