摘要 湖北白洋长江公路大桥北索塔采用钢筋混凝土门形框架结构,索塔设上下2道横梁,下横梁底距离索塔根部9.5m。在此简要阐述了白洋长江公路大桥北索塔下横梁落地大钢管现浇支架塔梁异步施工,同时采用水平分层、预留后浇段分块浇筑及预应力分批张拉的施工工艺,在节约施工工期的同时,很好地解决了超低下横梁预应力张拉后索塔根部外缘混凝土拉应力超标和极易导致混凝土开裂飽问题,保证了施工质量,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。 The north cable tower of Hubei Baiyang Yangtze River Highway Bridge is a portal frame structure with two upper and lower beams,and the bottom of the lower beam is 9.5 m away from the root of the tower.This paper briefly describes the asynchronous construction of large steel pipe cast-in-place support tower beam under the north cable tower of Baiyang Yangtze River Highway Bridge.At the same time,the construction technology of horizontal layering,reserved post pouring section block pouring and prestressed batch tensioning is adopted,which can save the construction period and solve the problem that the concrete tensile stress of the outer edge of the cable tower root exceeds the standard after the ultra-low beam is prestressed,which is easy to lead to mixing The problem of concrete cracking ensures the construction quality,which can provide reference for similar projects.
