摘要
在隧道施工中,洞身围岩主要为薄层状水平围岩的工程,如采用传统的爆破方式,极易出现扰动大、掉块等问题,无法满足工程施工要求。通过不断试验和经验积累发现,聚能水压爆破的聚能定向作用不仅能够增加边眼间距,还能缩短钻孔的时间,真正达到提高爆破效率的目的,更适用于薄层水平岩层的隧道施工。以自一里隧道工程为例,就聚能水压技术在薄层状水平围岩地质条件下的实施进行了分析。
In tunnel construction,for projects where the surrounding rock of the cave body is mainly thin-layered horizontal surrounding rock,if traditional blasting methods are adopted,problems such as large disturbance and block dropping are prone to occur,which cannot meet the construction requirements of the project.Through continuous experiments and experience accumulation,it is found that the energy-accumulating directional effect of energy-accumulating hydraulic blasting can not only increase the distance between the side holes,but also shorten the drilling time,which can truly achieve the purpose of improving the blasting efficiency and is more suitable for thin horizontal rock formations.Tunnel construction.This paper takes the Ziyili tunnel project as an example to analyze the implementation of the energy-concentrating hydraulic technology under the geological conditions of thin-layered horizontal surrounding rock.
