摘要
结合正习高速项目第四标段某特大桥人工挖孔桩的施工过程,探讨了在地质为滑移体飾不利条件下,超长钢筋笼的分节方式、吊装设备的选取、钢筋笼的吊装及安放、钢筋笼的拼接方法及孔口固定钢筋笼的施工工具、施工工艺等问题。对于在此种特殊环境下进行钢筋笼的吊装施工,根据现场施工实践,总结出以下几种可优化的施工工艺,例如,孔口扁担的选用、钢筋笼的固定一吊具的选用,可供同类型工程施工时借鉴。
This article combines the construction process of the manual digging piles of a large bridge in the fourth section of the Zhengxi Expressway project,discusses the sectioning method of the super-long steel cage,the selection of the lifting equipment,and the steel cage under the unfavorable conditions of the geological sliding body.Problems such as the lifting and placement of the steel bar cage,the splicing method of the steel bar cage,the construction tools and construction technology of the hole fixed steel bar cage.For the hoisting construction of the steel cage in this special environment,according to the site construction practice,the following optimizable construction techniques are summarized,such as:the selection of the orifice pole,the fixing of the steel cage-the selection of the spreader for reference in the construction of the same type of project.
