摘要
在徐州煤机厂三期工程的装配式住宅施工中,通过前期对竖向预制构件进行优化设计,结合类似工程的施工经验,在施工实践中摸索出一种装配式住宅结构预制剪力墙灌浆施工技术,有效地解决了灌浆过程中产生的气泡、倒流等现象引起的灌浆仓和套筒中产生空腔不饱满等问题,可供类似工程借鉴。
In the construction of the prefabricated housing of the third phase of the Xuzhou coal machinery plant,optimize the design of vertical prefabricated components through the early stage,combine the construction experience of similar projects,in the construction practice,a grouting construction technology for prefabricated shear wall of prefabricated residential structure was explored,effectively solve the problems of insufficient cavity in the grouting bin and sleeve caused by bubbles and backflow generated during the grouting process,can be used as reference for similar projects.
