当前随着社会主义经济的快速发展和进步,我国人民的人均收入水平也在不断提高,相应地对于生活质量的要求也在不断增加,房屋建筑一直以来都是我国人民关注的一个主要问题,人口需求下我国的房屋建筑项目在不斷增加,但在施工的过程中,施工企业并未随着房屋建筑的发展提供良好的管理政策,使企业因各种工程项目在建设施工的过程中出现管理问题而造成成本失控,导致成本过高。针对企业在施工阶段进行的工程造价动态控制进行深入研究,并提出相应的建议。

With the rapid development and progress of the socialist economy,the per capita income level of our people is also constantly improving,and the corresponding requirements for the quality of life are also increasing.Housing construction has always been a concern of our people.The main problem is that China's housing construction projects are increasing under population demand,but during the construction process,construction companies have not provided good management policies with the development of housing construction.This makes companies lose control of costs due to management problems during the construction of various projects,leading to excessive costs.This article will conduct an in-depth study on the dynamic control of project cost in the construction phase of the enterprise,and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
