花岗岩残积土地层超深基坑多道环撑与垂直出土关键技术

摘要 针对深圳平安金融中心南塔基坑地处燕山期花岗岩残积土地层,基坑开挖阶段残积土发生遇水软化、扰动液化现象,通过应用地下连续墙、多道环撑、多点垂直取土的超深基坑支护与开挖组合技术,确保了超深基坑开挖安全。该技术充实了超深基坑开挖可选方案,确保了周边重要建筑物和管线安全,对燕山期花岗岩残积土地质条件超深基坑支护设计与施工具有借鉴作用,对超深基坑开挖技术的发展有促进作用。 In view of the fact that South tower foundation pit of Shenzhen Ping an financial center is located in the granite residual soil layer,the residual soil softens when encountering water in the excavating stages.The combined technology of the ultra deep foundation support,which includes the underground continuous wall,multilayer ring support and multi-point vertical excavation,ensures the excavation safety of the ultra deep foundation pit.This technology widens the optional scheme of ultra deep foundation pit excavation and ensures the safety of important buildings and pipelines around.It can be used for reference in the design and construction of ultra deep foundation pit under the geological conditions of granite residual soil.It can promote the development of excavation technology of ultra deep foundation pit.
