摘要 对交错磁极混合励磁同步发电机的径向电磁力波进行分析,首先介绍该发电机的基本结构,并对全永磁部分的径向电磁力波进行解析分析,考虑环形励磁绕组直流偏磁效应,定性得到对永磁同步发电机电磁振动影响较大的力波分量的来源、频率以及阶次;然后利用三维有限元法对该发电机的径向电磁力波仿真计算,通过对全永磁部分、辅助励磁部分的径向电磁力波定量分析,揭示了全永磁部分与辅助励磁部分都具有奇数倍频径向电磁力波的特点,并对各自的原因进行分析,以及总结了该发电机沿轴向方向径向电磁力波变化的规律;最后,通过测量发电机机脚振动加速度验证了径向电磁力波仿真分析的正确性。 In this paper, the radial electromagnetic(EM) force wave of the consequent-pole hybrid excitation synchronous generator(HESG) was analyzed. Firstly, the basic structure of the HESG was briefly introduced, and the radial EM force wave of the full permanent magnet part was analyzed and the DC bias effect of the ring excitation winding was considered. The source, frequency and order of the force wave which has a great influence on the EM vibration of the permanent magnet synchronous generator were qualitatively obtained. Then the radial EM force wave of the HESG was obtained by 3-D finite element simulation. According to the structural characteristics of the HESG, the radial EM force waves of the full permanent magnet part and the auxiliary excitation part were analyzed quantitatively. It was revealed that both the full permanent magnet part and the auxiliary excitation part have the characteristics of radial EM force wave with odd frequency multiplication, and their causes were analyzed respectively. Moreover, the law of the radial EM force wave along the axial direction was summarized. Finally, the simulation and analysis of the radial EM force wave were verified by measuring the vibration acceleration of the HESG.
