摘要 双频DC/DC变换器是一种高效的变换器。其高低频单元包含一个高频小电感和一个低频的大电感,使得变换器的重量和体积较大。文中提出一种新型磁集成结构,将运行在不同频率的两电感集成在一个EE磁心,减小了磁元件的重量和体积,提高变换器的功率密度,降低了成本。同现有磁集成方案相比,其能提高低频单元的动态响应速度提升分流效果,同时降低集成磁件的饱和度和磁件损耗。因此该方法可以进一步缩小磁件重量和体积。制作150W双频DC/DC变换器样机,验证了理论分析的正确性。 Double-frequency DC/DC converter is an efficient converter. The high and low frequency cells contain a small high frequency inductor and a large low frequency inductor, which makes the converter larger in weight and volume. In this paper, a new magnetic integrated structure was proposed. Two inductors operating at different frequencies were integrated into one EE magnetic core, which reduced the weight and volume of magnetic components, improved the power density of the converter and reduced the cost. Compared with the existing magnetic integration schemes, it can improve the dynamic response speed of the low-frequency cell, improve the shunt effect, and reduce the saturation and loss of the integrated magnetic components. Therefore, the method can further reduce the weight and volume of the magnetic components. A prototype of 150 W double-frequency DC/DC converter was made to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
