高模量添加剂对沥青混凝土高温稳定性影响

摘要 为提高沥青路面的抗永久变形能力,研究废PE对沥青结合料、沥青混合料性能的影响。文中制备不同废PE掺量的改性沥青,并进行三大指标和车辙实验。结果表明,沥青粘结料的针入度随着废PE改性的掺入而显著降低,软化点则呈现增高趋势,沥青结合料和混合料的高温稳定性会提高;但对沥青结合料的延度有不利影响,可能影响混合料低温变形能力。对沥青混合料来说,马歇尔动稳定度随废PE的加入而提高,抗车辙性能得到提高。需要根据具体情况选择废PE高模量添加剂剂量。 In order to improve the permanent deformation resistance of asphalt pavement, the influence of waste PE on the performance of asphalt binder and asphalt mixture was studied. Modified asphalt with different waste PE content was prepared, and three indexes and rutting experiments were carried out. The results showed that the penetration of asphalt binder decreased significantly with the addition of waste PE modification, the softening point increased, and the high-temperature stability of asphalt binder and mixture will be improved and the addition of waste PE. However, there will be an adverse effect on the ductility of asphalt binder and may affect the low temperature deformation capacity of the mixture. For asphalt mixture, Marshall dynamic stability increases with the addition of waste PE, so the rutting resistance will be improved. The dosage of waste PE high modulus additive should be selected according to the specific situation.
