摘要 文中以某工程为案例,分析了单榀大跨度钢桁架在吊装过程中杆件的受力特性。首先利用有限元软件对该榀桁架进行吊装模拟分析,确定出应力比较大的目标杆件,然后在目标杆件上张贴应变片,随着钢桁架的吊装施工,完备地记录该过程杆件的应力变化,最终形成应变随时间变化的曲线,通过对曲线的分析,得到了杆件受力变化特征。 Based on the engineering basis of a standard parts research institute in Handan City, this paper analyzed the force characteristics of the rods of a single long-span steel truss during the hoisting process. First, I used the finite element software to carry out the hoisting simulation analysis of the truss, and determined the target rods with relatively large stress, and then posted the strain gage on the target rods. With the hoisting construction of the steel truss, the changes of rods stress during the process were completely recorded, finally, some curve of strain changes with time were formed. Through the analysis of the curve, the characteristics of the force change of the rods were obtained.
