文中通过调研建筑装饰在上海既有建筑外墙修缮中的应用,总结研究类型:重要既有建筑的外墙修缮、"精品小区"改造。分析建筑装饰要点,以期对既有建筑外墙修缮项目起到一定的指导作用。

Based on the investigation of the application of architectural decoration in repairing the exterior wall of existing buildings in Shanghai, this paper research three different objects: exterior wall repair of important existing buildings, renovation of "boutique community". By analyzing the key points of architectural decoration, the research discovery will play a guiding role in the renovation project of exterior wall of existing building。
