针对目前建筑工业劳动力老年化和建筑能耗高标等状况,国家于2016年3月大力推广装配式建筑。一方面,可以缓解工程项目施工现场技术人员严重缺乏的问题,另一方面,可以降低建筑施工所带来的各项污染,能源消耗等问题。因此,亟待解决装配式建筑技能人才培养的问题。

In view of the current situation of aging labor in the construction industry and high building energy consumption standards, the state vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings in March 2016. On the one hand, it can alleviate the serious shortage of technical personnel at the construction site of the project. On the other hand, it can reduce the pollution and energy consumption caused by construction. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problem of training talents with prefabricated construction skills.
