摘要
钢板混凝土结构是我国新型核电屏蔽厂房的常用结构形式,目前针对该类结构的腐蚀监测工作相对较少。基于钢材的电化学腐蚀机理,设计实施了一套无损监测钢板混凝土中钢板锈蚀情况的装置,并通过步入式盐雾箱加速腐蚀试验测试了足尺试件,试验结果表明了该监测方法的可行性。
Steel-concrete composite(SC)structure is a common structural form for nuclear power plant,and the corrosion monitoring work for this kind of structure is relatively less.Based on the electrochemical corrosion mechanism of steel,a set of nondestructive monitoring device for steel corrosion in SC structure is designed and implemented,and the full-scale specimens are tested by accelerated corrosion test in step-in salt spray chamber.The test results show that the monitoring method is feasible.
