建筑工程质量监督管理中存在的问题及对策分析

Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures in Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Management

当前我国社会发展迅速,人民群众物质生活水准同样大幅度提高,城市人口数量不断壮大,城市建筑工程也迎来快速发展,城市群体对于建筑工程的质量要求、安全要求、舒适要求愈来愈高,因此建筑工程中的质量监督管理工作就显得非常重要。目前在城市建筑工程质量监督管理中依然存在着些许问题,只有最大限度解决这些问题,才能真正保证建筑工程质量安全。主要从当前建筑工程质量监督管理中的问题入手,分析研究如何解决这些问题。

At present,with the rapid development of China's society,the people's material living standards are also greatly improved,the number of urban population is growing,and urban construction projects are also ushering in a period of rapid development.The quality requirements,safety requirements and comfort requirements of urban groups for construction projects are increasingly high,so the quality supervision and management work in construction projects is very important.At present,there are still some problems in the quality supervision and management of urban construction projects.Only by solving these problems to the greatest extent can we really ensure the quality and safety of construction projects.Starting from the problems in the current construction quality supervision and management,this paper analyzes how to solve these problems.
