摘要
目的探讨青少年长期配戴角膜塑形镜治疗近视的效果及并发症。方法抽取2016年6月至2016年12月聊城市中医医院收治的青少年近视患者60例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规配单焦镜片进行治疗,观察组采用长期配戴角膜塑形镜进行治疗。比较两组患者的裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、眼轴长度、中央角膜厚度以及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后36个月,观察组患者的裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、眼轴长度、中央角膜厚度等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组角膜上皮损伤率(63.33%,19/30)高于对照组(3.33%,1/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在停止配戴角膜塑形镜1个月后,角膜上皮损伤率由63.33%(19/30)降低至6.66%(2/30)。结论长期配戴角膜塑形镜对青少年近视的治疗效果较为显著,安全性较高,其常见并发症角膜上皮损伤可恢复。
Objective To study the efficacy and complications of wearing orthokeratology lens for a long time in the treatment of juvenile myopia.Methods A total of 60 adolescent myopia patients treated in Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to December 2016 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional single focal lens,and the observation group was treated by wearing orthokeratology lens.The visual acuity,diopter,corneal curvature,axial length,central corneal thickness,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 36 months of treatment,the visual acuity,diopter,corneal curvature,axial length,and central corneal thickness of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The corneal epithelial injury rate in the observation group(63.33%,19/30)was higher than that in the control group(3.33%,1/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the corneal epithelial injury rate decreased from 63.33%(19/30)to 6.66%(2/30)1 month after stopping wearing orthokeratology lens.Conclusions Long-term wearing orthokeratology lens for adolescent myopia treatment is more effective,with high safety.And corneal epithel injury,the common complication,is curable.
