摘要
稀土纳米晶的上转换发光具有近红外光激发、可见/紫外光或短波长近红外发射的特点,在微型激光器、超分辨光学成像、光遗传学、温度探测以及多通道成像等领域具有重要的应用.针对该类纳米晶的发光效率低、发光调控手段单一的问题,本文从稀土纳米晶的组成、结构与上转换发光的关联出发,重点介绍了电、磁场、压力以及温度对上转换发光影响的研究进展.
The upconversion emission of rare-earth nanocrystals,with the advantages of near-infrared excitation,visible/ultraviolet or short-wavelength near-infrared emission,has the great potential for applications in the fields of microlasers,super-resolution imaging,optogenetics,local temperature detection,and multi-channel imaging.Aiming at addressing the low quantum efficiency and the tedious upconversion emission studies,the correlation of the composition and structure of rare-earth nanocrystals with the upconversion emissions was introduced,and the influences from electricitic and magnetic field,pressure and temperature on the upconversion emission were discussed in this review.
