Research progress on molecular biological techniques for human adenovirus detection

人腺病毒(human adenovirus,HAdV)是引起呼吸道感染的常见病原体,不同型别的组织嗜性不同,由其感染所引起疾病的严重程度也不同。该病毒的感染所致疾病仅靠临床表现很难确定病毒的类型,因此,HAdV的分型鉴定对其所引起疾病的诊断与治疗具有较大的帮助,本文综述了用于该病毒分型检测的分子生物学手段,具有一定的临床意义。

Human adenovirus(HAdV)is the main pathogen causing respiratory infections.Different serotypes have different tissue tropisms,and the severity of the disease caused by them is also different.It is difficult to determine the serotype of HAdV based only on the clinical manifestations of the disease caused by the virus;and hence,serotyping of HAdV is of great help to diagnosis and treatment of the disease.This paper summarizes the molecular biological detection technique and serotyping methods of HAdV,which have certain clinical significance.
