超声心动图用于蒽环类药物乳腺癌化疗后右心功能评估的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 乳腺癌是中国女性目前发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,蒽环类药物化疗是治疗乳腺癌的重要手段之一,但其对心脏的毒副作用日益受到临床重视,超声心动图作为心功能评价的最常用辅助检查手段,有多项新技术应用于右心功能的评估,以下就超声心动图评价右心室功能的研究进展做一综述。 Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in Chinese females.Anthracycline-based chemotherapy drugs is one of the most important methods for breast cancer,but its side effects on heart are increasingly valued in clinic.Echocardiography,as the most used auxiliary examination for cardiac function evaluation,has a number of new techniques applied to the evaluation of right heart function.In this paper,the progress of echocardiography in the evaluation of right ventricular function was reviewed.
