以上海科技馆为例的科普场馆志愿者队伍建设探析

Analysis on Volunteer Team Construction of Science Popularization Venue Taking Shanghai Science and Technology Museum as an Example

近年来,各类科普场馆相继建成开放,为人们普及科学知识、休闲旅游提供了场地,科普志愿者所发挥的作用也日益突出。本文通过对上海科技馆志愿服务团队服务情况进行必要的跟踪、调查和系统的分析,就进一步提高我国科普志愿者的服务质量提出了具体建议。

Recently,various science popularization venues have been built and opened,providing a venue for people to popularize scientific knowledge and leisure travel.The role of science popularization volunteers has become increasingly prominent.Through tracking,investigation and systematic analysis of the situation of the volunteer service team of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum,this paper proposes specific suggestions on further improving the service quality of our science popularization volunteers.
