Millions of enrollment expansion is an empowerment of vocational education in the new era.By analyzing the psychological resilience and influencing factors of higher vocational colleges teachers in the context of millions of enrollment expansion,the author holds that the status quo of perceptual pressure of the teachers is not optimistic,therefore,it's high time to speed up the construction and improvement of a more active social support system,to boost teachers'sense of belonging and psychological resilience.
