摘要
目的:探讨医疗行业工作场所暴力现象及其特点,提出对策建议。方法:以医院工作人员为调查对象,进行匿名问卷调查,共收回有效问卷728份。结果:医疗行业工作场所暴力发生率为34.8%,暴力发生的主要原因是患者或家属对医院工作不理解;面对暴力行为,医院工作人员大多"耐心解释"和"忍让回避"。结论:相关部门要引导媒体传递正能量,营造良好的社会氛围,增强医患之间的理解;完善法律法规,加大对施暴者的惩罚力度;设立风险预警委员会,建立暴力风险预警机制,消除医疗行业工作场所暴力的潜在风险因素,维护医疗秩序,保障医院工作人员安全。
Objective To explore the phenomenon and characteristics of workplace violence in medical industry,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among hospital staffs,and a total of 728 valid questionnaires were collected.Results The incidence rate of workplace violence in the medical industry is 34.8%,and the main reason for violence is that patients or their families do not understand the hospital work;In the face of violent behavior,hospital staff mostly adopt"patiently explain"and"tolerate avoidance".Conclusion The relevant departments should guide the media to transmit positive energy,create a good social atmosphere,and enhance the understanding between doctors and patients;improve laws and regulations,increase the punishment of violent perpetrator;set up a risk warning committee,establish an warning mechanism for the violence risk,eliminate the potential risk factors of workplace violence in the medical industry,maintain medical order,and ensure the safety of hospital staff.
