摘要
从公立医院绩效管理的角度出发,对RBRVS与DRG管理工具进行对比分析,总结两者的优缺点,在此基础上建议将RBRVS与DRG管理工具结合应用于医院绩效管理,科学确定两者的占比权重,为实现医院精细化管理提供依据。
From the perspective of performance management in public hospitals,this paper makes a comparative analysis of RBRVS and DRG management tools,and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,it is suggested that the combination of RBRVS and DRG management tools should be applied to hospital performance management,and the proportion weight of both should be determined scientifically to provide a basis for the realization of hospital fine management.
