摘要
In the last decade,the idea of planetary,global citizenship has strengthened,which implies pluralism,difference;it is a new model of citizenship fully aware of human dignity,a value proper to all people that gives them the inalienable right to live free and to develop in the various constitutive dimensions of the human being,of the individual’s belonging to a community local and global.
