摘要
针对现代时间间隔测量领域对测量仪器大量程、多通道、实时分析的要求,设计并实现了一台时间间隔实时分析仪原理样机。采用脉冲计数法对时间间隔进行大量程粗测,结合时间-数字转换芯片构建插值模块进行精密细测,整个仪器实现了8通道时间间隔的并行精密测量。同时使用低成本小型化的微控制器对时间间隔测量结果进行图形显示、实时分析和存储。测试结果表明,本仪器测量秒脉冲信号间时差标准差优于45ps,测量稳定度5.68ps@1000s;可以实时分析取样间隔1s到10000s的阿伦方差和时间偏差。
In order to meet the requirement of large range,multi-channel and real-time analysis,an 8-channel time interval real-time analyzer is designed and realized.In this paper,the coarse counter is used to measure the time interval in a large range,and the interpolators is constructed with the time-digital-converter chips to measure the time interval in a precise way.At the same time,a low-cost miniaturized microcontroller is used to display,analyze and store the time interval measurement results in real time.The test results show that the standard deviation of the measured second pulse signal interval is better than 45 ps,and the measurement stability can reach 5.68 ps@1000 s.Allan deviation and Time deviation can be analyzed in real time from 1 s to 10000 s.
