摘要
孔子学院是中外语言交流合作的品牌项目,历经16年的发展,不仅自身收获了举世瞩目的办学成果,而且作为中国成系统、大规模、有建制地“走出去”的国际中文教育机构,其海外办学对中国教育“走出去”产生了巨大的溢出效应,孔子学院从机构走出去、人才走出去、教学资源走出去和教育理念走出去等四个方面推进了中国教育国际化的进程。同时,孔子学院以教育交流合作为起点为中外人文交流合作铺设了便捷的桥梁通道,在搭建人文交流支点、开创国际交流新路、成就文化交流品牌方面发挥了不可替代的作用。
Confucius Institute is a branding project of language exchange and cooperation between China and foreign countries.After 16 years of development,Confucius Institute has not only gained remarkable achievements in running language education,but also,as a systematic,large-scale and organized overseas educational institution,its effective performance and achievement in overseas education have produced a huge spillover effect on the“going global”of Chinese education.Confucius Institutes have promoted the process of Chinese education internationalization in four aspects of“going global”:from institution,talents,teaching resources to educational ideas.At the same time,with educational exchange and cooperation as the starting point,Confucius Institutes have been laying a convenient bridge and channel for Sino-foreign cultural exchange and cooperation,as well as playing an irreplaceable role in opening a new window and path for people-to-people exchange,international cooperation,and cultural communication.
