城市设计的穿透性

The Penetrability of Urban Design

文章在阐释城市诸多要素系统、空间尺度和功能构成上的多重复杂性的基础上,指出城市设计的实践环节中常常存在宏观和微观相脱节、理念与实施相脱节以及蓝图和场景相脱节等问题。在此引入了城市设计的穿透性思维,以诠释城市设计由大及小、由知而行和由控到建的整体系统性方法。以四川天府新区城市设计实践为例,阐释城市设计的穿透性,并基于三个穿透性特征进一步提出穿透性城市设计的实践路径。

The study explains the multiple complexities of a city in terms of the multi-element system,spatial scale and functional composition,and points out the problems of severe disjoint between the macro and micro,concept and implementation,blueprint and scenario in the practice of urban design.Based on the problems,the study proposes a penetrating way of thinking in urban design,which illustrates the integrated and systematic approach from macro to micro,from knowledge to action,from control to construction in urban design.Taking the design of Tianfu New District in Sichuan as an example,the study interprets the penetrability of urban design.In addition,based on the three characters of the penetrability,the study further explains the practice approaches of the penetrability of urban design.
