沙静涛教授治疗肺脾气虚型功能性便秘的经验

Experience of professor Jingtao Sha in treating functional constipation with lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome

功能性便秘是指非器质性病变引起的排便障碍。中医学在治疗便秘上具有悠久的历史,疗效肯定,与西医相比,具有明显优势。沙静涛教授从事中医肛肠病临床及研究工作近30年,对功能性便秘辨证及治疗积累了丰富的临床经验。沙静涛教授认为便秘的病位主要在大肠,病机表现为大肠的传导功能失常,主要以气虚为主,其中肺脾气虚、肠失濡润、腑气不通是本病病机的核心,并对肺脾气虚型功能性便秘的中医治法治则进行了总结归纳。

Functional constipation refers to defecation disorder caused by non organic diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of constipation,with definite curative effect,which has obvious advontages compared with western medicine.Professor Jingtao Sha has been engaged in the clinical and research work of anorectal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 30 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of functional constipation.Professor Jingtao Sha believes that the disease-location of constipation is mainly in the large intestine,and its pathogenesis and manifestation are the conduction dysfunction of the large intestine,which mainly is Qi deficiency,and the lung and spleen Qi deficiency,moisturization loss of intestine and Fu Qi being obstructed are the core of the pathogenesis of this disease.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of functional constipation with lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome is summarized.
