银杏达莫注射液辅助多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病性认知功能障碍患者的效果

Effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with donepezil in the treatment of patients with cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液辅助多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病性认知功能障碍(CSVD-CI)患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的107例CSVD-CI患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=53)和研究组(n=54)。对照组采用多奈哌齐进行治疗,研究组采用银杏达莫注射液辅助多奈哌齐进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、认知功能评分、血清相关因子水平、脑电图改善率及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MoCA及MMSE评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清Hcy、TXA2水平均降低,血清PGI2水平均升高,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的脑电图改善率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液联合多奈哌齐治疗CSVD-CI的临床效果显著,可改善患者的认知功能及血清相关因子表达,减轻脑电图异常程度。

Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with donepezil in the treatment of patients with cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD-CI).Methods One hundred and seven patients with CSVD-CI enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=53)and study group(n=54)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with donepezil,and the study group was treated with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with donepezil.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function scores,serum related factors levels,electroencephalogram improvement rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MoCA and MMSE of the two groups increased,and those of the study group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy and TXA2 in the two groups decreased,the levels of PGI2 increased,and those of the study group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The electroencephalogram improvement rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with donepezil in the treatment of CSVD-CI has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the cognitive function and the expression of serum related factors,and reduce the abnormal degree of electroencephalogram of patients.
