奥曲肽联合西咪替丁治疗上消化道出血患者的效果及对止血时间、血小板计数的影响

Effect of octreotide combined with cimetidine in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and its influences on hemostatic time and platelet count

目的探讨奥曲肽联合西咪替丁治疗上消化道出血患者的临床效果。方法将2019年4月至2020年4月入院诊治的90例上消化道出血患者按随机数字表法分为单药组(45例)和联合组(45例)。单药组给予常规治疗+西咪替丁,联合组给予常规治疗+西咪替丁+奥曲肽。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组输血量少于单药组,止血时间和住院天数短于单药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组血小板计数和血红蛋白水平均显著高于单药组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于单药组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合西咪替丁治疗上消化道出血患者可有效缩短止血时间,提高出血总体控制效果,且不会引发严重不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of octreotide combined with cimetidine in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 90 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were treated in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into single drug group(45 cases)and combined group(45 cases)by random number table method.The single drug group was given conventional treatment+cimetidine,and the combined group was given conventional treatment+cimetidine+octreotide.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of blood transfusion in the combined group was less than that in the single drug group,and the hemostasis time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the single drug group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet count and hemoglobin level in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the single drug group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that of the single drug group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Octreotide combined with cimetidine in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively shorten the hemostatic time,improve the overall control effect of bleeding,and will not cause serious adverse reactions.
