摘要
目的分析沙盘游戏在促进高中生人际关系能力发展中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月心理活动招募的人际关系综合诊断量表>8分的120例高中生作为研究对象,随机将其分为干预组和对照组,各60例。干预组给予沙盘游戏辅导,对照组给予常规心理辅导。采用人际关系综合诊断量表评定人际关系能力,采用自制调查问卷进行整体效果评价。比较两组高中生的人际关系能力、整体效果评价。结果干预后,两组的待人接物、与异性交往、人际交谈、人际交友评分及人际关系综合诊断量表总分均显著低于干预前,且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的活动使同伴对冲突达到理性认识、增强了应对同伴冲突的信心、改善了处理同伴冲突的解决策略、改善了我的人际关系、提高了我的情绪管理能力、改变了我的生活、对整个活动感到满意的总同意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规心理辅导,沙盘游戏更能有效促进高中生人际关系能力发展,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of sandplay in the development of interpersonal relationship ability of senior high school students.Methods A total of 120 senior high school students with more than 8 scores in the comprehensive diagnostic scale of interpersonal relationship recruited by psychological activities from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The intervention group was given sandplay guidance,and the control group was given routine psychological counseling.The interpersonal relationship ability was evaluated by the comprehensive diagnostic scale of interpersonal relationship,and the overall effect was evaluated by the self-made questionnaire.The interpersonal relationship ability and overall effect evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of dealing with others,communicating with the opposite sex,interpersonal conversation,making friends and the total score of comprehensive diagnostic scale of interpersonal relationship in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and those in the intervention group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total agreement rate of activities made the peer reach rational understanding of conflict,strengthened the confidence of coping with peer conflict,improved the resolution strategy of dealing with peer conflict,improved my interpersonal relationship,improved my emotion management ability,changed my life,and satisfied with the whole activity in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine psychological counseling,sandplay can effectively promote the development of interpersonal relationship ability of senior high school students,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
