摘要
目的探讨不缩短指骨显微外科手术在末节断指再植中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的50例(59指)需要进行末节断指再植的患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(29指,断指残端修整术)和研究组(30指,不缩短指骨显微外科手术),各25例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的再植成活率、治疗优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后肿痛消失时间短于对照组,术后肿胀缓解程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不缩短指骨显微外科手术在末节断指再植中的应用效果显著,可提高断指再植成活率及治疗优良率,促进术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of microsurgery without shortening phalanx in replantation of severed distal finger.Methods A total of 50 patients(59 fingers)admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October2019 who needed replantation of severed distal finger were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(29 fingers,repair of amputated finger stump)and study group(30 fingers,microsurgery without shortening phalanx),with 25 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The survival rate of replantation and the excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of postoperative swelling and pain in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the degree of postoperative swelling relief in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microsurgery without shortening phalanx in replantation of severed distal finger has a significant application effect,it can improve the survival rate of replantation and the excellent and good rate of treatment of severed fingers,promote postoperative recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
