芍药甘草汤加炮附子缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus processed aconite root in relieving postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids patients

目的观察芍药甘草汤加炮附子缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛的临床效果。方法将符合混合痔诊断标准并接受混合痔外剥内扎术治疗的120例住院患者按住院顺序随机分为治疗组(60例,服用芍药甘草汤加炮附子)和对照组(60例,口服氨酚待因片)。比较两组术后伤口疼痛程度、术后创缘水肿情况、创面愈合时间及排便情况。结果术后第3、5、7天,治疗组的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术后水肿发生情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术后创面愈合时间>3周患者占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。用药后第3、5天,两组患者的排便情况积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芍药甘草汤加炮附子方能明显缓解混合痔患者的疼痛,改善术后水肿及排便情况,促进创面愈合,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus processed aconite root in relieving postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids patient.Methods A total of 120 inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria of mixed hemorrhoids and received external stripping and internal ligation treatment of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases,taking Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus processed aconite root)and control group(60 cases,taking paracetamol and codeine phosphate tablets)according to the order of hospitalization.The degree of postoperative wound pain,postoperative edema of wound margin,wound healing time and defecation were compared between the two groups.Results On the 3 rd,5 th and 7 th day after operation,the pain scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence of postoperative edema in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with wound healing time>3 weeks in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3 rd and 5 th day after treatment,the defecation scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus processed aconite root can significantly relieve the pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,improve postoperative edema and defecation,and promote wound healing,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
