身痛逐瘀汤对瘀血阻络型中风后偏瘫患者运动功能、平衡能力及肌张力的影响

Effects of Shentong Zhuyu decoction on motor function,balance ability and muscle tension of patients with hemiplegia after stroke of blood stasis obstructing collaterals type

目的探讨身痛逐瘀汤在瘀血阻络型中风后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法将88例中风后偏瘫患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予身痛逐瘀汤。比较两组的临床疗效、运动功能、平衡能力及肌张力。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的上肢功能、下肢功能评分、PASS、BBS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的肌张力分级0~Ⅰ^(+)级占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论身痛逐瘀汤联合常规康复治疗瘀血阻络型中风后偏瘫患者的效果显著,可改善运动功能、平衡能力及肌张力。

Objective To explore the application effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction in patients with hemiplegia after stroke of blood stasis obstructing collaterals type.Methods A total of 88 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given Shentong Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,motor function,balance ability and muscle tension of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of upper limb function,lower limb function,PASS and BBS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the proportion of muscle tension grade 0-Ⅰ^(+)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with routine rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with hemiplegia after stroke of blood stasis obstructing collaterals type has a significant effect,and it can improve motor function,balance ability and muscle tension.
