基于集束化护理的加速康复外科在经腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者术后管理中的应用效果

Application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery based on cluster nursing in postoperative management of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

目的探讨基于集束化护理的快速康复外科(ERAS)在经腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术(LRP)患者术后管理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月至2019年6月于宝鸡市中心医院住院治疗的63例接受集束化ERAS干预的LRP患者为观察组,选择2015年5月至2017年5月于本院接受常规护理的63例LRP患者为对照组。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果术后第1、2、3天,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后引流管留置时间、首次肛门排气时间、功能锻炼时间、术后住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于集束化的ERAS护理措施应用于LRP术后管理中,可明显减轻患者疼痛,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)based on cluster nursing in postoperative management of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(LRP).Methods A total of 63 patients undergoing LRP who received clusterized ERAS intervention from June 2017 to June 2019 in Baoji central hospital were selected as observation group,and 63 patients undergoing LRP who received routine nursing from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results On the 1 st,2 nd and 3 rd day after operation,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The indwelling time of drainage tube,first anal exhaust time,the time of functional exercise and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS nursing measures based on cluster in the postoperative management of LRP can significantly reduce the pain and the incidence of postoperative complications of patients.
