康复护理对脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者日常生活能力及住院时间的影响

Effects of rehabilitation nursing on activities of daily living and hospital stay of patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury

目的分析康复护理对脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者日常生活能力及住院时间的影响。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的80例脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者按照护理方案的不同分为对照组(n=40)与试验组(n=40)。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组在常规护理干预的基础上行康复护理。比较两组干预前、后的日常活动能力、运动功能改善情况、疼痛程度、生活质量及康复效果、护理满意度。结果干预后,试验组ODI、VAS评分低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer、SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、脊髓损伤恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论给予脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者康复护理,能够增强患者的日常生活能力,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of rehabilitation nursing on activities of daily living and hospital stay of patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 80 patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40)according to different nursing schemes.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The activities of daily living,improvement of motor function,degree of pain and quality of life before and after intervention and rehabilitation effect,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,ODI and VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,while Fugl-Meyer and SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay,fracture healing time and recovery time of spinal cord injury of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injury can enhance the activities of daily living of patients and shorten the hospital stay.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
