固相萃取-衍生化-光纤传感测定SD大鼠中异丙酚含量及药代动力学参数 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用固相萃取-衍生化-光纤传感方法测定SD大鼠中异丙酚含量及药代动力学参数。方法建立固相萃取-衍生化-光纤传感方法测定SD大鼠中异丙酚含量及药代动力学参数。结果新方法的加标回收率在98.17%~101.33%之间;日内精密度RSD分别为2.9%﹑5.8%和3.2%。结论固相萃取-衍生化-光纤传感相结合的方法,能快速测定SD大鼠中异丙酚的含量,药代动力学模型符合开放性三室模型。 OBJECTIVE The content and pharmacokinetic parameters of propofol in SD rats were determined by solid phase extraction(SPE)-derivatization-optical fiber.METHODS A SPE-derivatization-optical fiber method was established to determine propofol content and pharmacokinetic parameters in SD rats.RESULTS The new methods of recovery ranged from 98.17%to 101.33%.The inter-day RSDs were 2.9%,5.8%and 3.2%.CONCLUSION The method of combination of solid phase extraction,derivatization and optical-fiber can quickly determine the content of propofol in SD rats,and the pharmacokinetic model is in line with the open three-compartment model.
