摘要
目的分析测定冬虫夏草中不同部位的腺苷含量。方法用HPLC法测定18批冬虫夏草全草、虫体、子座及子实体膨大部分中的腺苷含量。结果18批冬虫夏草全草、虫体及子座的腺苷含量:子座>全草>虫体。结论冬虫夏草各部位中腺苷含量分布有差异。
OBJECTIVE Analysis and assay adenosine in different parts of Cordyceps sinensis.METHODS Assay adenosine in whole body,worms,stroma and the expanded portion of the fruiting body of 18 batches Cordyceps sinensis by HPLC.RESULTS The contents of adenosine in 18 batches of Cordyceps sinensis from high to low was stroma,whole body and worms.CONCLUSION The adenosine distribution were difference in different parts of Cordyceps sinensis.
