没食子中没食子酸提取及抑菌效力比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的建立没食子中没食子酸最佳提取方法。方法用高效液相色谱法测定不同提取次数,不同提取时间没食子水提取液中没食子酸含量,并分别测定比较不同方法提取液对同种菌株(金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、大肠埃希菌)抑菌圈的大小,综合评价最有效提取方法。结果固定加水倍数,提取次数多,时间长,提取液中没食子酸含量越高,同时pH值越低(低至4.0)。同时抑菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、大肠埃希菌)作用均增强。结论以水为介质,提取2次,1次60 min,浓缩至30倍加液量,即可提取相对彻底。 OBJECTIVE To study on the best method of extracting Gallic acid from Turkish gall.METHODS Determined content of Gallic acid in aqueous solution by high performance liquid chromatography with different extraction times and time.Compare the diameter of bacteriostatic circle of aqueous solution with different extraction methods for the same strain(Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans,Escherichia coli),respectively.Comprehensively evaluate the most effective extraction method.RESULTS To the fixed water multiplier,the concentration of Gallic acid and bacteriostatic efficacy increased with the increase of extraction frequency and time.At the same time,its pH droped to 4.0.CONCLUSION The extraction method of Gallic acid is that 30 times the amount of water solvent extracts 2 times 60 minutes each process,which can be extracted relative thoroughly.
