摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定喷托维林氯化铵片中枸橼酸喷托维林的含量。方法采用FLM Titank C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-1%三乙胺溶液(pH 3.0)(70∶30)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长:210 nm,进样量:10μL,柱温:25℃。结果枸橼酸喷托维林在1.00~5.00μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.98%,RSD=0.91%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确,适用于喷托维林氯化铵片中枸橼酸喷托维林的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of pentoxyverine citrate in tabellae pentoxyverini et ammonii chloridi.METHODS FLM Titank C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-1%triethylamine(pH 3.0)(70∶30),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,sample volume was 10μL and the column temperature was 25℃.RESULTS The linear range of pentoxyverine citrate was 1.00-5.00μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 99.98%(RSD=0.91%,n=9).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and high sensitivity,it can be used in the quantitative determination of pentoxyverine citrate in tabellae pentoxyverini et ammonii chloridi.
