临床药学“双创”人才多元协同培养思考

Research on the Mechanism and Path of Multiple Collaborative Training of“Entrepreneurship and Innovation”Talents in Clinical Pharmacy

创新创业教育与临床药学人才培养的深度融合,既响应了国家对高等教育创新创业人才培养的号召和需求,也有助于全面提升临床药学人才综合素质、提升药学服务水平并惠及民生健康。本文基于目前国内医科高校临床药学专业开展双创教育的困境,从课程设置、实践基地、项目孵化平台、师资力量和校园双创文化构建等方面,深入探讨创新创业导向需求背景下临床药学人才的多元协同培养机制构建,以期推动临床药学专业大学生创新创业能力的提升,为高等医学教育的双创人才培养的相关研究贡献绵薄之力。

The integration of entrepreneurship education and clinical pharmacy personnel training not only responds to the call and demand of the country,but also helps to improve the comprehensive quality of clinical pharmacy personnel,improve the level of pharmaceutical care and benefit people′s health.This paper examines and analyzes the current situation of mass innovation education in clinical pharmacy in colleges and universities in China.From the curriculum,practice base,incubation platform,faculty and campus culture construction,the article discussed under the background of new era demand innovative entrepreneurial orientation of clinical pharmacy talents build multivariate cocultivation mechanism,in order to promote the contemporary clinical pharmacy professional ability of the college students,promote the talent training of higher medical education of related research.
