摘要
氯元素是含有有机脂“城市矿山”原料冶炼烟尘中主要的卤素元素。氯离子的准确测定可以给回收冶炼烟尘中有价金属熔炼配料、预防烟气管道腐蚀提供参考依据。研究建立了硝酸溶样—离子色谱法测定冶炼烟尘中氯含量的分析方法,通过优化试验条件,进行了精密度和准确度试验,氯的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.56%~2.29%,氯的加标回收率为97.5%~104.0%。该方法操作简单,快速高效,准确度较高,能满足冶炼烟尘中氯含量的分析需要。
Chlorine element is the main halogen element in the smelting dust of the"urban mine"containing organic grease.The accurate determination of chloride ions can provide a reference for the recovery of valuable metal smelting ingredients in smelting dust and prevention of corrosion of flue gas pipes.In this paper,the analytical method for the determination of chlorine content in smelting dust by nitric acid dissolution sample-ion chromatography was established.The precision and accuracy tests were carried out by optimizing the test conditions.The relative standard deviation of chlorine(RSD,n=7)was 0.56%~2.29%,the recovery rate of chlorine spiked is 97.5%~104.0%.The method is simple to operate,fast and efficient,and has high accuracy,which can meet the analysis needs of chlorine content in smelting dust.
