小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合帕拉米韦对儿童流感患者免疫功能及临床症状的影响

Effects of Shijiaoqingregranule Combined with Peramivir on Immune Function and Clinical Symptoms in Children with Influenza

目的探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合帕拉米韦对儿童流行性感冒患者免疫功能及临床症状的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月收治的儿童流行性感冒患者104例,随机分为对照组(52例)与研究组(52例),对照组患者予帕拉米韦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒,连续治疗3 d,比较两组患儿免疫功能指标、主要症状持续时间、不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者各免疫指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,较对照组患者,研究组患者CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+T细胞水平均明显更高(P<0.05);较对照组患者,研究组患者发热、咳嗽、咽喉痛、鼻塞持续时间均更短(P<0.05);对照组患儿治疗总不良反应率为13.46%,研究组总不良反应率为11.54%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对儿童流行性感冒患者采取小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合帕拉米韦治疗可有效提高患儿免疫功能,改善临床症状,治疗效果良好,且不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effects of shijiaoqingregranule combined with peramivir on immune function and clinical symptoms of children with influenza. Methods Between January 2019 and January 2020, our hospital children influenza patient 104 cases, were randomly divided into control group(52 cases) and group(52 cases) and control group patients to palmer peramivir treatment, the team in the control group on the basis of joint pediatric loosened up heat particles, continuous 3 d treatment, compared two groups of children with immune function index, main symptom duration, adverse reactions. Results There was no statistically significant difference in immune indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+T cells in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the duration of fever, cough, sore throat and nasal obstruction was shorter in the study group(P<0.05). The total adverse reaction rate was 13.46% in the control group and 11.54% in the study group, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions The treatment of pediatric influenza patients with shijiaoqingregranule combined with peramivir can effectively improve the immune function and clinical symptoms of the children, with good therapeutic effect, less adverse reactions and high safety.
