易发青光眼合并白内障应用超声乳化联合小梁切除术的临床疗效及并发症发生率影响评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析超声乳化联合小梁切除术对易发青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果和安全性。方法选取2019年1月-12月治疗青光眼合并白内障的30例患者,以随机数字表法为分组方法,将其分别纳入对照组、研究组,各15例。对照组采取的术法为小梁切除术,研究组采取的术法为超声乳化联合小梁切除术。组间对比治疗前后的视力、眼压以及并发症发生率。结果将治疗前的视力、眼压纳入组间对比,统计学对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后再次进行组间对比,研究组的眼压比对照组低、视力比对照组高,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为0%,比对照组的26.67%低,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论老年青光眼合并白内障患者可以采用超声乳化联合小梁切除术进行治疗,不仅视力和眼压都能得到显著改善,并发症也很少。 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and safety of ultrasound emulsification combined beam excision on cataracts, which are prone to glare. Methods 30 patients treated with glastar combined cataracts were selected from January to December 2019, and the random numeric table method was used as a grouping method, which was included in the control group and the study group, with 15 cases each. The technique taken by the control group was xiaoliang excision, and the technique taken by the research group was ultrasonic emulsification combined girder excision. The group compared vision, eye pressure, and the incidence of complications before and after treatment. Results The pre-treatment vision and eye pressure were included in the inter-group comparison, and there was no difference in statistical comparison(P>0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was 0%, which was lower than 26.67% in the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusions Elderly glare combined cataract patients can be treated with ultrasound emulsification combined girder excision, not only vision and eye pressure can be significantly improved, but also few complications.
