摘要
制备了聚苯胺/木素复合膨胀剂并应用于铅酸电池的负极中,研究了聚苯胺的含量对复合膨胀剂电化学性能及铅酸电池高倍率部分荷电状态(HRPSoC)下循环寿命的影响。结果表明聚苯胺/木素复合膨胀剂相对于木素,具有更高的析氢过电位。复合膨胀剂应用于铅酸电池负极中,改善了负极在高倍率部分荷电状态下运行的"硫酸盐化"问题,延长了铅酸电池的循环寿命。当聚苯胺/木素复合膨胀剂中聚苯胺与木素的质量比为2∶1时,铅酸电池的循环寿命高达2516次,比仅用木素作为膨胀剂的电池提高了2倍以上。
A composite of polyaniline/lignosulfonate(PAN/LS)was prepared and used as an expander additive in negative plates of lead-acid batteries.The effect of the polyaniline(PAN)component on the electrochemical performance of the composite and the high-rate partial-state-of-charge(HRPSoC)performance of the lead-acid batteries were investigated.The result shows that the PAN/LS composite expander has a higher hydrogen evolution over-potential than lignosulfonate(LS).When applied to lead-acid batteries,the"sulfation problem"of the negative plates can be inhibited and the cycle life of the batteries under the HRPSoC condition can be improved.When the mass ratio of PAN to LS is 2∶1 in the composite expander,the HRPSoC cycle life of the battery reaches 2516 times,which is two times longer than that of the battery containing only LS expander.
