用于耦合回旋管信号的过渡电路设计

摘要 基于悬置微带线在太赫兹电路中的应用需求,设计了一种工作频率为1 THz的新型悬置微带线-E面喇叭天线过渡结构,用于接收/发射太赫兹回旋管信号并实现信号在不同媒介中高效率转换,过渡部分采用E面探针耦合形式,利用渐变线结构实现阻抗匹配。最终仿真结果为:0.96~1.06 THz频率范围内,回波损耗优于10 dB,频率为1 THz时,回波损耗为23 dB,天线增益接近14 dB。这种结构在信号传输时具有低损耗、结构紧凑、带宽宽等特点,一定程度上拓宽了传输线及天线在太赫兹高频段的应用范围。 Based on the requirements of the suspended microstrip line in the terahertz circuit,a new type of suspended microstrip line-E-plane horn antenna transition structure with the working frequency of 1 THz,was designed to receive/transmit terahertz gyrotron signals and convert the signal efficiently in different media.The transition part adopted the E-face probe coupling form,and the tapered line structure was used to achieve impedance matching.The simulation result is that in the frequency range of 0.96-1.06 THz,the return loss is better than 10 dB.When the frequency is 1 THz,the return loss is 23 dB,and the antenna gain is close to 14 dB.This structure has the characteristics of low loss,compact structure,and wide bandwidth during signal transmission,which broadens the application of the transmission lines and antennas in the terahertz high frequency band.
