摘要 电力新常态下火电机组应对一次调频考核的难度日益加大,不得不以牺牲运行经济性的代价来提升机组一次调频性能。为此,利用机组配置的零号高压加热器,研究零号高加参与机组的一次调频可行性,提出了零号高加参与调频的控制技术,有效改善了电网低频时一次调频加负荷性能,达到了经济性运行与满足涉网性能的有效统一,也为同类型机组提高调频性能提供了一种新的方法。 Under the new normal of electric power,it's more difficult for thermal power units to deal with the assessment of primary frequency regulation,so they have to improve the performance of primary frequency regulation at the expense of operating economy.Therefore,it studies the feasibility of zero high pressure heater participating in the primary frequency regulation of the unit by using the zero high pressure heater,and puts forward the control technology of zero high pressure heater participating in the frequency regulation,which effectively improves the primary frequency regulation and load adding performance of the power grid at low frequency,achieves the effective unity of economic operation and network related performance,it also provides a new method for the same type of units to improve the frequency regulation performance.
